Teriyaki salmon
Salmon fillets bake in a simple soy, honey and ginger glaze for a quick fish supper.

Ingredients
- 2salmon fillets, about 150 g each, pin bones removed
- 2 tbspreduced-salt soy sauce
- 1 tbsphoney
- 1 tbsprice vinegar
- 10 gfresh ginger, grated
- 1 clovegarlic, finely grated
- 1 tspvegetable oil
- 1spring onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tspsesame seeds

Method

Heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan. Lightly oil a small baking dish and place the salmon in it, skin-side down.
- 2.
Mix the soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger and garlic, then spoon over the salmon.
2 minutes - 3.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, spooning the dish juices over the salmon halfway through, until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily.
15 minutes - 4.
Spoon the hot cooking juices over the fillets and scatter with the spring onion and sesame seeds.
